Cabel Davis - Service Advisor

My name is Cabel Davis. I have lived in Wausau my whole life and graduated from Wausau East High school. After high school, I attended UTI, and then attended the Volvo training program, and became a Volvo certified technician. I then worked as a Volvo technician in Wausau for 3 years. In march of 2012, I joined the Kocourek family and have been the Subaru Service Advisor since then. If my free time I enjoy all sports and working on my own vehicle.

I want to take this opportunity to give you a belated "Thank you" for the service and consideration that you extended to my wife and I. On Friday, September 7, while we were in Monaco WI., when both the check engine light, the ABS system light came on and in addition the Cruise control lights started flashing on our 2012 Forester. By the time we had contacted Subaru service hot line and they had dispatched a flat bed and the truck was able to get the vehicle to your dealership it was already after 5:00 pm.

We had spoken prior to this and you were aware that the car (and my wife!) were on the way to you. Even though it was after five you and others in the service department looked at the car and were able to get it fixed and back on the road. In that we were on vacation from Maine this meant a great deal to us. Being that far from home, even with a loaner vehicle would have been a major hardship as we intended to leave that area and head for Virginia on Monday the 10th.

Again we both want to thank you and everyone that was involved in providing this fantastic service to people that you will likely never see again and will probably never generate any income for the dealership. Your willingness to provide strangers this type of service is amazine and sadly missing in most business today.

I would ask that you insure that the ownership of the dealership see this email. I think that they owe you a big "well done" for your exemplary representation of the dealership.
