NO CONTACT SERVICE DROP-OFF AREA
·     Signage will be posted at each designated area for guest to drop off their vehicle keys to limit person-to-person contact.
ADVISOR PROCESS
·     Wear form fitting nitrile or latex gloves - changed after every vehicle to Guest cross-contamination.
·     Use disinfecting wipes to clean high-touch areas of each desk after each guest visit.
CLEANING THE GUEST VEHICLES BEFORE TECHNICIANS AND BEFORE RETURNING TO GUESTS
·     Use non-bleach, non-scented disinfecting wipes to clean high-touch areas of guest vehicles:
o  Exterior and Interior driver side door handles
o  Steering wheel - including buttons
o  Gear Selector - Dial and Handles
o  Radio/HVAC areas
o  Touchscreens
o  Start/Stop buttons
o  Driver door armrest and window, seat, mirror controls
o  Rearview mirror, seatbelt buckle and anchor
o  Key or Key fob
o  Depending on vehicle type - ensure all other key touchpoints are sanitized
·     Technicians wear form fitting nitrile or latex gloves while servicing the vehicle and change after each vehicle to stop cross-contamination.
·     Use seat covers, steering wheel covers and floor mats.
GUEST WAITING AREA
·     Use disinfecting wipes to clean high-touch areas cleaned hourly or more often based on use
·     6ft between all seating
·     Temporarily suspended all complimentary food and beverages
·     Removed all magazines and papers
·     Doors/Handles are wiped continuously throughout the day
SHUTTLE DRIVER AND SHUTTLE CLEANING PROCESS
·     Wear form fitting nitrile or latex gloves when disinfecting a vehicle - change after every Guest drop-off to stop cross-contamination
