7 year unlimited mileage powertrain warranty*: The total amount paid for covered claims under this Limited Warranty will never exceed the Vehicle Purchase Price, listed in Section 1, "Registration." The amount paid under this Limited Warranty is calculated by adding all covered claim amounts together. As soon as the total amount paid is equal to the vehicle purchase price of your vehicle under this Limited Warranty, your coverage under this Limited Warranty ends. For any covered claim, the amount paid under this Limited Warranty will never be more than the fair market value of your vehicle immediately before the mechanical failure. Your vehicle's fair market value shall be determined by using the National Automobile Dealers Association Official Used Car Guide, as of the date of loss and subject to the Limit of Liability in paragraph one (1).
