Jeff Connor is an A+ sales rep. He is very knowledgeable about his inventory and really listens to what the customer wants. He is a no pressure guy and doesn't attempt to talk you in to something you don't want or need. He spent over 4 hours with us one recent Saturday afternoon, showing us a number of different vehicles and telling us the crappiest roads to test drive on so we'd get the 'real feel' of how the vehicle handled and felt under 'normal' driving conditions in Wisconsin. :) When we finally made our decision, he and Luke worked out a deal we were all happy with. We are extremely satisfied with the attention and service we received at Kocourek Subaru in Wausau.

I initially called Lindsey Last to ask about the Subaru Outback Limited in the grey color. She indication there was one in stock exactly like I wanted, and even offered to come up north to pick me up so I wouldn't need to arrange for someone to drive down with me to take my current car back home. Then she called me back to make sure of the "grey" I had in mind - Granite or Ice Silver. The Granite was in stock, the Ice Silver wasn't so she called to be sure that we were on the same page, spent some time on the phone with me as I went to their website to see the Granite on that was in stock, and sadly that was no the grey I had in mind. I definitely wanted the Ice Silver, so she went right to work calling to locate one. And she was able to find one and have it at the dealership in a day. She is a delight, so helpful and accommodating, with a great personality. I think her name should be Lindsey FIRST, and she is top notch! She is Number One with me!
